(i cannot believe i am the first one to say that here.)

on additional reflection, i am beginning to question how this shirt constitutes a "sailor" costume.

me too, it's definately missing the required hat. I think an eye-patch would be good, too.

omg! We're doing it: a dognapping for a photoshoot. Two pirate Codys. Pure calendar material.

It'll go right next to that other calendar you posed for at the Folsom Street Fair, right?

sign me up, i would buy that calender.

do you think you see a little of yourself in his wide, doggy grin? because i don't. though the ass on that one named dink is awfully cute. (the implication here is: so is yours.)

OH NO!

Can someone ask "mommer" and "dadder" what FRAZED means? I checked the dictionary and came up with nothing. But I'm really bat at scrabble too, so who knows. I've never heard of it though.

Goodbye Cody Nugget
Though I never knew you at all
you had the spunk to run around on four legs
while those around you made do with two.

They took all of your photographs
and dressed you up in clothes,
never knowing what a shy puppy
you were underneath the fur.

It seems to me you lived your life
like a sailor on a dock
always waiting for a galley
always wanting to be rocked.

And I would have liked to have known you,
but I was just a kid.
Your sailor suit was buried
and the Siscos shut the coffin lid.

I think I need to start calling you Commander Cody Nugget... b/c it's such a cute little name for such a cute little boy. Well, I guess I can't really call anyone little, but I'm still going to call you that, Commander Nugget.

Just to clarify: I have no idea who Mark and Gail Sisco and my grandma doubts that they are related to my family. But this in no way diminishes the kinship I feel with everyone who shares my name, regardless of their species.
